The initiative provides a payment plan that is highly flexible and can be modified to meet the needs of both investors and end-users. The initial payment for purchasers is 5% upon booking, and the subsequent payment is 15% within thirty days. The remaining payments consist of a ten percent payment at six months, twelve months, eighteen months, and twenty-four months.
